A war of Heroes
TROIA!

Heroes and soldiers fight for the predominance in ancient Eastern Mediterranean, in what may be called the first global war.

A strategic game

Based on most recent studies on how the war of Troy evolved and was fought, the game represents the conflict between the Achaeans and the Troians, with their respective allies.
The war lasted long, even if we are not sure of the exact duration. The final siege was hard and the sacking brutal.
This is an asymmetric situation: the Achaeans will try to converge to Troy in force as soon as possible and lay the siege. Troy will have to avoid this, by land and by sea, and swiftly recall all its allies to defend the city.
Then when army clash, challenges between heroes and subsequent battles may happen, until the final assault on the hated Troy.
